Booking
Please read all booking and cancellation policies as well as "Things to Know" under the PMU tab before booking an appointment.
All booking requires a non-refundable deposit. For permanent makeup and medical tattoos, the deposit will be applied to the final cost of the procedure. For regular tattoos, the deposit pays for the artist's drawing time outside of the actual tattoo procedure. Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours before the appointment and the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. For online booking clients, cancellations and rescheduling can be done online.
For no-call/no-shows, the full deposit fill be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be secured to book a new appointment.
Life happens sometimes so late cancellations and rescheduling within less than 24 hours before the procedure will be considered and accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
